High Purity Metals
Nikko Materials offers several high purity metals used as a source material for Epitaxial growth:
Indium: Four grades are available: 6N S, 6N LS, 7N HM, and 7N SHM. Available in block or shot form.
Tellurium: Two grades are available: 6N and 7N. Available in ingot and flake form.
Cadmium: Two grades are available: 6N and 7N. Available in ingot, block or wire form.
