This results in Higher yield through low particle density plus ESF (Edge-Slip Free) technology and dependability through the uniformity across the wafer and consistency over time.

ACROTEC AlGaInAs-MQW-LD epi wafers feature good High-Temperature characteristic based on the optimized MQW design with high reliability through extremely low oxygen layers.
