Bare Wafers

Nikko Materials' wafers for compound semiconductor devices are industry leaders for both quality and reliability with excellent crystallinity, surface finish and precision cut dimensions unmatched in the industry. Nikko Materials supplies both InP and CdZnTe wafers for Compound Semiconductor manufacturing.

Our InP wafers (both bare substrates and epi) are industry leaders for both quality and reliability. Substrates are grown using the proven method of LEC and our engineers have years of experience in producing production volume InP with excellent crystalline and electrical properties. We can deliver a variety n, p and S.I. type substrates with low EPD, controllable range of c/c, mobility, resistivity, and a superior surface finish unmatched in the industry. We can consistently deliver these qualities in 2" and 3" wafers.











Precision Dimensions and Unmatched Surface Quality












Nikko Materials has also developed a 4" INP wafer and can provide it with the same exceptional quality as our other wafers.

Our CZT (CdZnTe) bare substrates are widely used in the HgCdTe film industry. CZT, with a Zn range of 2-5%, is available in a wide range of sizes (typically 1x1cm~5X5cm) and thicknesses.

We supply wafers with an excellent finish that is unmatched in the industry.
